**Registered Nurse Supervisor / DPCS in Training** **Pay:** $96,000\-$125,000 annually **Job Summary** Community Care Hospice is seeking an experienced and compassionate **DPCS Designee in Training** to join our growing team serving **South Orange County**. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospice RN Case Manager or Nurse Supervisor who is interested in advancing into a clinical leadership role. Comprehensive training will be provided to prepare the selected candidate for future responsibilities as a **Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS).** The ideal candidate is a confident, extremely organized, knowledgeable in hospice care plans, and very patient\-centered. Must be a Registered Nurse with extensive hospice experience, strong clinical judgment, and previous hospice experience.
