**Job Description:** **I. Position Summary:** Specialized research professional working with and under the direction of the Project Director. Facilitates and coordinates daily study activities and plays a critical role in the conduct of the study. Works with the Project Director, department, sponsor, and institution to support and provide guidance on the administration of the compliance, personnel and other related aspects of the study. Requires meticulous organization and attention to detail. Must have the ability to work on multiple projects, prioritize tasks, develop work flow, and meet study deadlines. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, be self\-motivated, able to work independently and as a part of a team. Must have good problem\-solving skills and be highly communicative. Must be comfortable administering study visits both on\-site at Hebrew SeniorLife sites and at participants’ homes. Must be comfortable collecting and handling biospecimens (e.g., blood processing). Phlebotomy experience is ideal. **II.
