**POSITION SUMMARY** * Responsible for the financial accounting functions of Engineering. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS** * Prepare and analyze monthly and year end tooling cards and reports * Review, analysis and payment of tooling payables * Create and review tooling accounts receivable * Review and update part/piece price listing to agree with current purchase orders * Responsible for updating ATPs * Further establish procedures to accumulate necessary engineering changes * Prepare LTA reduction analysis and spreadsheets for timely submission in All Numbers and AS400 * Work closely with accounts receivable assistants to identify and troubleshoot accounts receivable issues and forward results to the appropriate person(s) for resolution * Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels * Create and maintain project cost spreadsheets, tooling PO and invoice databases * Input AS400 pricing for production and service * Prepare tooling and production piece price open items list * Work with Sales Dept. and Engineering Dept. to resolve open items * Track customer tool orders and PSW dates to invoice tooling * Create and maintain “red files” * Work with Quoting (Engineer...
