This includes managing the construction organization, contributing to engineering design and constructability reviews, and overseeing the comprehensive planning, execution, and coordination of the Tank Program across the refinery. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Leads the budgeting, planning, and execution of the tank program. The execution includes the cleaning, inspection, repairs, and project installations while maintaining safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets. * Serves as primary point of contact for planners, field coordinators, and all contracting companies executing the Tank Program * Develops and manages the Tank Program via P6 planning, hiring plan development, and rental equipment plans.
