Use your clinical expertise to improve how we understand and care for patient populations. **Pennant Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Population Health team as a Population Health Coding \& Documentation Integrity Nurse Specialist/Auditor.** This is a unique opportunity for a clinically experienced nurse who enjoys digging into the medical record, understanding the full picture of a patient's health, collaborating with providers, and using data and clinical documentation to improve population health. This isn't a traditional bedside nursing role, and it isn't simply a medical coding position. Instead, you'll bring the two worlds together.
