### **Description** Rinker Design Associates, LLC (RDA) is seeking an experienced **Senior Roadway Engineer (Team Lead)** to lead and develop a team of roadway professionals within our growing Fredericksburg, Virginia office. In this role, you'll provide technical oversight on complex transportation projects while also overseeing staff performance, mentoring engineers, and helping shape the future growth of the team.
