The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading LifeWorks’ digital engagement strategy to increase awareness, drive online revenue, and strengthen donor and community relationships. This is a hands\-on role that requires both strategic leadership and direct execution of digital campaigns, content, and analytics. Reporting to the Director of Marketing \& Communications, this role manages the customer journey across digital platforms—including email, website, and digital fundraising campaigns—to ensure LifeWorks delivers compelling and mission\-aligned experiences. The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in advancing the organization’s online presence, optimizing digital channels, and telling LifeWorks’ story in ways that inspire action and support.
