**Job Overview** The Senior DC Operations Manager will lead a group of operations and facilities managers to ensure all operational targets are met while continually adjusting and adapting to the changing job priorities. Balancing workloads between all warehouse departments is necessary in maximizing workflow, to meet customer commitments and deadlines, establishing building goals are important. In partnership with the building Director and peers, preparation for the multiple business cycles throughout the year is a primary responsibility.
