**Area Supervisor – 7\-Eleven** **Location:** Las Vegas, NV **Job Type:** Full\-time **Job Summary** We are looking for a dependable, hands\-on Area Supervisor to oversee three independently owned and operated 7\-Eleven stores. Working directly with the owner, you will supervise and support store managers, maintain operating standards, and help improve store performance. The ideal candidate is organized, takes initiative, and follows through to ensure issues are resolved and expectations are met. **Responsibilities** * Conduct regular store visits, identify opportunities for improvement, assign tasks to managers, and follow up on completion. * Supervise and coach store managers, providing support with staffing, hiring, training, employee performance, and daily operations. * Review employee schedules, coordinate staffing coverage, and manage labor costs. * Review timecards and process accurate, timely payroll. * Oversee inventory, ordering, stocking, merchandising, pricing, write\-offs, and vendor returns. * Review operational reports, cash handling, safe counts, shortages, and security footage; investigate and document concerns. * Ensure stores maintain cleanliness, organization, c...
