**Controls Engineer – Industrial Automation** We are seeking an experienced Controls Engineer to join our industrial automation team. This position is responsible for the design, programming, integration, startup, and support of custom automation systems, robotics, and machine vision applications for manufacturing customers across a variety of industries. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, program, and commission PLC and HMI systems using: * Siemens TIA Portal * Rockwell Automation (Studio 5000, FactoryTalk) * Beckhoff TwinCAT * Develop and troubleshoot industrial control systems, including motion control, servo systems, and network communications. * Program, integrate, and optimize Fanuc robotic systems for material handling, assembly, palletizing, and machine tending applications. * Design and implement machine vision systems using Keyence and Cognex hardware and software. * Create and maintain electrical schematics, control narratives, and technical documentation. * Perform system testing, machine startup, debugging, and on\-site commissioning. * Collaborate with mechanical engineers, project managers, and customers to develop innovative automation solutions. * Provide technica...
