Osborne Bearing Technologies LLC is looking for an experienced Operations \& Commercial Manager to take day\-to\-day leadership responsibility for our Houston operation. **This is not a traditional workshop management role.** We are looking for someone who can combine operational leadership with commercial development, financial accountability and business growth. OBT is part of the Osborne Engineering Group, an international engineering business with operations across the USA, UK, UAE, Poland and Malaysia. Our Houston facility specializes in Babbitt bearing repair, machining, inspection and related rotating\-equipment services supporting customers across power generation, oil \& gas and wider industrial markets. The Houston business is established and growing, with further investment planned as we expand our workforce, workshop capability and customer base. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day\-to\-day performance of the Houston operation, working closely with the General Manager and Group Director.
