Overview: The Premium Auditor (Workforce Team) leverages expertise in Workers’ Compensation and General Liability audit processes to support workforce planning, work allocation, vendor management, performance monitoring, and operational excellence. Working closely with the Workforce Manager and Premium Audit leadership team, this role is responsible for assigning and balancing audit workloads across internal staff and external vendors, monitoring capacity and service level performance, and ensuring efficient utilization of resources. The role oversees vendor relationships, evaluates production, quality, timeliness, and overall operational performance, and analyzes workforce and audit\-related data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
