Job Summary: The Ambulatory Staff Pharmacist provides integrated support to patients and physicians by providing a 'hands\-on" approach to total quality patient care through the delivery of a full continuum of medication management services, to include preparing medications, the provision of pharmacological information, monitoring patient drug therapies and providing adherence support. Duties \& Responsibilities: * Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. * Licensed Pharmacist in the State of Rhode Island. * Requires 5\+ years of experience in a specialty or retail pharmacy setting; 8\+ years preferred. * Applicant preferred to hold advanced certification(s) such as: immunization, medication therapy management, diabetic educator, cardiovascular educator, 340B ACE**.** * Ability to foster a cooperative work environment. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with branch departments. * Knowledge of computerized information systems (knowledge of the EPIC Willow a plus). * Knowledge of specialty pharmacy reimbursement: state, federal and commercial. * Ability to maintain record keeping systems and procedures. * Knowledge...
