**Location** United States (Hybrid / On\-site at Manufacturing Plants as needed) **Company** ThinkDigits, Inc. **About the Role** We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with expertise in Industry 4\.0, AI/ML, Computer Vision, and IoT streaming data to build intelligent manufacturing solutions within SmartFaktory platform. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop ML models: Anomaly Detection, Predictive Maintenance, Predictive Quality, Forecasting, Inventory Optimization * Build Computer Vision models for defect detection and safety * Work with real\-time IoT/streaming data (PLCs, SCADA, MES) * Develop Digital Twin and Industry 4\.0 solutions * Deploy scalable ML pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud) * Collaborate with plant teams and leadership **Required Qualifications** * Degree in Data Science / Computer Science / Engineering * Experience in applied Data Science * Experience in manufacturing / Industry 4\.0 **Technical Skills** * Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) * Time\-series forecasting * Computer Vision (OpenCV, YOLO) * Streaming: Kafka, Spark * Cloud: AWS / Azure * Industrial systems: MES, SCADA, MQTT **Preferred** * Digital Twin experience * Causal AI / Reinforcement L...
