Position Summary: Orlando Health is currently hiring an **Assistant Nurse Operations Manager (ANOM).** The **Assistant Nurse Operations Manager (ANOM)** is responsible for the management of their designated unit/department, including nursing practice and administrative oversight of the area. In conjunction with the Unit/Department Nursing Operations Manager, the ANOM provides guidance and direction on all aspects of unit operations including customer experience, budgetary performance, human resources activities, shared leadership, and quality outcomes. **Location:** Orlando Health Children's Arnold Palmer Hospital, Orlando FL **Department:** Children's Emergency \& Trauma Unit **Type:** Full\-time**Shift**: **Day Shift** **The Children’s Emergency Department** The Children’s Emergency Department provides care on a 24\-hour a day, 7\-day a week basis, and is located on the first floor of Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. It consists of 29 private Acute Care beds and four (4\) Resuscitation/Trauma beds.
