**Standard Job Description** ---------------------------- As an Engineering and Technology (E\&T) Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high\-performing team, while supporting functional initiatives and driving technical excellence. You will play a critical role in shaping the team's direction, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring program success.
