Job Summary: The Branch Safety Specialist serves as the branch safety program owner and trusted advisor to branch leadership and field teams. This role acts as a subject matter expert, traveling to job sites within the assigned territory (20–30% travel) to partner with clients and operational leaders. Responsibilities include designing and implementing safety systems, building customized safety plans, ensuring compliance with Cal/OSHA and company standards, and driving continuous improvement to reduce risk and enhance operational excellence.
