**Water/Wastewater Graduate Civil Engineer** Halff Is looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer for our Water \& Wastewater Utilities team in our The Woodlands, TX office. The position will be for a General Civil Engineer interested in Water \& Wastewater Utility projects including pipeline and facility modeling, planning, process design and construction.
