**Duties:** The Senior Account Manager (“Sr.AM”) is an integral member of Axiom’s Sales Department (“Client Dev”) Team. The Sr.AM is primarily responsible for maintaining client relationships and leveraging business relationships to increase revenue with existing clients. The Sr.AM will maintain Strategic accounts with significant annual revenue meeting the Strategic criteria. Additionally, the Sr.AM will have other duties and responsibilities as determined from time to time by the VP of Sales. ***Essential Functions:*** The essential functions of the Sr. AM are to: * Manage entire sales cycle and account management process for individual client accounts serving as the lead point of contact; build and maintain strong, long\-lasting client relationships; establish consulting style relationship that provides additional resources and training * Cultivate new business opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet or exceed client expectations by applying knowledge of Axiom’s products to match needs of clients * Answer inquiries and concerns from clients regarding products, and services and their uses * Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and o...
