**NOW HIRING – FULL\-TIME CMA / SURGICAL SCHEDULER** Busy physician’s office in **Bensalem, PA** is looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized **Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) / Surgical Scheduler** to join our team. **Position:** Full\-Time CMA / Surgical Scheduler **Location:** Bensalem, PA **Schedule:** Monday–Friday 9AM TO 5PM **Responsibilities include:** * Rooming patients and obtaining vitals * Assisting the physician with patient care and office procedures * Scheduling surgeries and procedures * Completing surgical paperwork and coordinating with hospitals/facilities * Obtaining insurance authorizations and verifying benefits * Communicating with patients regarding upcoming procedures * Answering phones and scheduling appointments * EMR documentation and general medical office duties **What we’re looking for:** * Certified Medical Assistant preferred * Medical office experience preferred * Surgical scheduling experience is a PLUS, but we are willing to train the right person * Comfortable working with patients and handling multiple responsibilities * Strong communication and organizational skills * Dependable and able to work independently as well as part of a tea...
