**Assistant General Manager** **Compensation: $150k \- $175k per year** **Position Overview** The Assistant General Manager will assist the General Manager in overseeing the day\-to\-day operations of the hotel, with responsibility for maintaining high standards of guest service, associate performance, operational efficiency, and financial results. This leader will maintain a visible presence throughout the hotel, actively engage with guests and associates, and provide guidance and support to department leaders.
