Log in to Workday to apply through the Jobs Hub.** **Position Summary** * Responsible for maintaining customer relationship with ECHO in accordance with the agreement, including the configuration, implementation, maintenance, security, and overall direction of the ECHO Credentialing and Provider Data Management System at all participating SIH Hospitals and Service Organizations. Serving as the main liaison between ECHO and the users of the system, this position will have responsibility for coordination of all ECHO related audit/maintenance procedures, new installs/upgrades, system enhancements, consistent methodology, issue escalation processes, system\-wide reporting, special ad hoc reporting, user training, and general assistance.
