**Job Description:** Summary: The Manager is responsible for managing businesses and business processes. The Manager uses perceived needs of hospitals, national standards of performance, scientific evidence, system\-wide initiatives, Volunteer/Auxiliary goals, and selected outcome data to determine goals and priorities. The Manager serves as a resource person and role model for volunteers. Job Duties include but are not limited to: * Manages all Auxiliary Special Sales and payroll deduct system * Manages Counterpoint Cash Register Systems at all ten locations including training, troubleshooting, while serving as the point person for all Counterpoint upgrades and system problems * Supervises Auxiliary Assistants * Provide monthly operations report to the Auxiliary Board * Provide any sales reports as requested to Corp. Dir/HR, VP * Ensure posting of daily sales for all ten stores * Obtain deposit information from all other facilities, completing daily receipt envelopes * Enter on spreadsheets * Complete daily sales audit if discrepancy is found to identify problem * Run validation report monthly * Provide accounting monthly reports on valuation, transfers, inventory adjustments for ...
