**Controller** Colorado This is the seat that owns the numbers, not a supporting role in a large accounting department. You close the books, keep cash visible, keep the forecast accurate, and make the reporting useful for decisions. You work directly with management. You will also work with our outside accountants, but the function is yours. The work covers monthly closing, cash\-flow forecasting, intercompany activity, allocations, and a consolidation that still has room to get sharper. Cash is not a side report here. You will own the forecast, keep it current, and make it something management can run the business on. You will also help create new reporting systems, not just maintain the old ones. If you like building the system instead of inheriting a finished one, this is that job. **What you will do:** * Own the monthly close and the consolidated picture * Master cash flow forecasting and keep short\-interval forecasts current * Handle intercompany activity and allocations cleanly * Help design and stand\-up new reporting systems * Tighten reporting so management is not waiting on numbers * Work with external CPA/tax and keep the file clean **Who this is for**: You want the sea...
