**Summary of Position:** The primary purpose of the Regional Manager is to assist D.W. Jones Management, Inc. in carrying out the philosophies, goals, policies, and procedures of applicable regulations and other written direction of D.W. Jones Management, Inc. The Regional Manager provides management, direction, and leadership to ensure the properties are maintained and operated in accordance with company policies. The property types include: Tax Credit, Rural Development, Section 8 and Market Rate. This position requires regular office hours to be maintained along with availability for emergency situations outside of regular office hours.
