Description: Cogent Security LLC is seeking a detail\-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills to provide fleet management support for the Office of Secure Transportation (OST) Non\-Operations and Training vehicle fleet. The selected candidate will manage GSA and DOE\-owned vehicles, coordinate maintenance and replacements, track vehicle usage and mileage reporting, process new vehicle requests, and serve as the primary point of contact for all GSA fleet matters. Requirements: **Primary Responsibilities** * Track usage data for all OST\-owned non\-operational vehicles and make assignments of vehicles within OST to maximize usage. * Reports monthly usage data for all GSA vehicles to GSA, for billing purposes. * Initiates requests for replacement of lost or damaged GSA vehicle credit cards and license plates. * Identify periodic maintenance requirements for GSA vehicles and ensure maintenance is completed. * Develop, monitor, and maintain compliance for company DOT Operations. * Identifies GSA vehicles qualifying for replacement, ensures replacement vehicle meets the organization’s needs, submits requisition, and receives vehicle when it arrives. * En...
