The Skullcandy team is looking for a creative, hands\-on Global Social Media Manager to amplify the brand voice and organic social content globally. This person will be the driving force of our social media strategy, analysis, day\-to\-day execution and reporting while also creating new and effective ways to extend our social presence and engage the youth culture community. **Key Responsibilities** **Social Strategy \& Brand Voice** * Develop and evolve Skullcandy's global social media strategy in alignment with overall brand, product and business objectives. * Define how Skullcandy should show up across each platform, tailoring content, voice and engagement strategies to the unique behavior and culture of each channel. * Serve as a guardian of Skullcandy's brand voice on social, ensuring content feels authentic, distinctive, culturally relevant and consistent globally. * Develop scalable social playbooks, channel guidelines and best practices for global and regional teams. * Lead regular communication with international teams to share insights, best practices, upcoming plans and opportunities. * Identify opportunities to evolve Skullcandy's social presence through emerging platfor...
