**The Role** Rachel Eggie Gibbs is a hair and beauty creator with 435K Instagram followers and the founder of EGGIE Salon Studio in Baton Rouge. Her audience is mostly women 25 to 44 who come to her for honest hair advice and tutorials from a working stylist, and her followers trust her because she sounds like herself. Part of her community found her through her tutorials for women growing their hair back after chemo, and they are still a loyal part of the audience. We need a content producer to help plan, create, and run Rachel’s Instagram, about 8 to 10 hours a week. This is creator social, not brand social. The right person can authentically capture another person’s voice while creating engaging, on\-brand content that connects with a beauty\-focused audience You’ll work with our Director of Brand and Marketing, who sets the strategy, and execute independently day to day.
