We already have a dedicated front\-desk service writer who handles most direct customer communication, phone calls, and check\-ins. Your sole focus will be acting as the bridge between our technicians and the parts suppliers—building accurate, highly profitable repair orders and ensuring our bays keep moving efficiently. **What You Will Do Day\-to\-Day** * **Build Technical Estimates:** Review technician diagnostic notes and build complete, accurate digital estimates using our shop management software. * **Research \& Mapping:** Look up OEM labor times, factory service procedures, and Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) to ensure jobs are estimated correctly the first time. ...
