SGH Redglaze Holdings, Inc. is currently seeking a full\-time, in\-office, Construction Assistant Controller at its Omaha headquarters to assist the Executive Team and its divisional staff with multiple financial duties and tasks. This robust position will report directly to the Controller and engage in the growth of our multi\-state sales divisions to foster our employee\-owned culture. **Key Responsibilities:** **Financial Management \& Accounting** * Oversee daily general ledger operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing across multiple states. Assist with escalated collection issues. * Oversight of all day\-to\-day accounting entries and cash management positions. * Oversee multi\-state sales tax compliance, 3rd party payroll tax filings, and multi\-state construction licensing \& trade name requirements. * Prepare month\-end and year\-end financial close procedures, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries. * Assist in preparing annual budgets, financial forecasting, and variance analysis for active job sites. * Oversight of monthly sales reporting. * Cost\-center operational tracking, reporting \& analysis to produce and analyze divisional financ...
