Pennoni is seeking a motivated and experienced **Project Civil Engineer** to join our **Milton, DE** office on a full\-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a diverse portfolio of land development projects while working within a collaborative, multi\-disciplinary professional environment. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Prepare and oversee the development of construction drawings, technical specifications, and construction contract documents. * Provide comprehensive civil engineering design services, including site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility infrastructure design. * Support a wide range of project types, including commercial, residential, and mixed\-use developments (single\-family and multi\-family). * Design and coordinate paving, drainage, grading, water, wastewater, and related site improvements. * Collaborate effectively within a team\-based environment, including mentoring and supporting junior engineering staff. * Coordinate and manage communication among internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, and regulatory agencies. * Participate in project marketing, planning, sco...
