**Position Summary** The Distribution Center Supervisor is responsible for leading daily distribution center operations to ensure the safe, accurate, efficient, and timely movement of products. Reporting to the Director of Fulfillment, this role provides direct supervision to warehouse and distribution team members while supporting continuous\-improvement initiatives, inventory accuracy, service\-level performance, and operational excellence. **Job Duties** 1\. Supervise daily distribution center activities, including receiving, put\-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. 2\. Lead, coach, train, and support distribution center employees to achieve productivity, quality, safety, and attendance expectations. 3\.
