The Project Manager is responsible for supporting sales on multiple sign projects, from the initial customer contact to the final installation. **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Provides support to sales on multi\-location projects. * Manages projects from sale through completed installations. * Communicates with customers and responds to inquiries or complaints regarding both products and services. * Responsible for tracking the status of projects and communicating with both customers and internal personnel. * Serves as the interface with subcontract installers and service providers in remote locations. * When problems occur, coordinates resolution with appropriate departments and follows up, either verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction. * Informs customers of standard procedures and status of problem solving as necessary. * Knowledgeable of company policies, procedures, practices, products, and services. * Experience...
