**About the role** You'll meet homeowners who have already asked us about a pool. You'll walk their backyard with them, design the pool in 3D and present it at our showroom. We bring in the leads and book the consultations, so there's very little prospecting. We also provide the design software, the training and the build team. You bring the conversation, the follow\-up and the close. Premier Pools \& Spas has built more than 100,000 pools nationwide since 1988\. Our Las Vegas office is independently owned and operated, and we're growing our team. **What you'll do** * Run the consultations we book for you, in person and by phone * Walk each yard with the homeowner and learn how the family wants to use it * Design the pool and outdoor space in 3D (Pool Studio) * Present the design and pricing at our showroom and ask for the sale * Follow up on every open bid using our CRM * Stay in touch with customers after the sale to earn referrals and reviews **Your first year** You'll go through a 3\-month training program with our general manager, on a training salary. * Days 1–30: Learn the entire pool build process by shadowing our project managers and crews * Days 31–60: Learn our design so...
