This position is in the Cost Allocation and Reconciliation Section within the Bureau of Federal Reporting and Cash Management The selected candidate will utilize OAKS HCM, OAKS FIN and Kronos to ensure proper funding of employees of the Department of Children and Youth (DCY) as well as perform essential federal reporting. Essential duties of this position include the following: * Establishes and maintains payroll coding to ensure proper assignment and allocation of costs of federal funds used to fund employees * Validates/creates combo codes (funding) to ensure proper up to date coding is being used within OAKS HCM * Updates Chart of accounts based on agency need and create additional chartfields when needed * Ensure position budget tables are accurately created and assigned based on agency payroll coding * Maintains financial coding and creation of speedcharts within OAKS FIN * Process DCY bi\-weekly payroll journal and prepares OAKS FIN payroll journals to post to General Ledger * Prepares Reconciliation Journals when updated are needed to General Ledger * Tracking personnel actions to validate proper payroll coding is applied to employees. * Prepare requested reports using BI Co...
