As a **data analyst** within our Agency Sales Distribution team, you'll drive agency compensation strategies for our Commercial Lines business. In this role, you'll support contingency compensation and incentive programs tailored to Commercial Lines. You'll collaborate closely with account managers to deliver analytical insights related to compensation for these high\-value accounts. You'll also help design, implement, and maintain account\-specific incentives, such as app incentives, commission overrides, and contingency commission programs. You'll ensure compensation initiatives are effective and aligned with business goals.
