This position will support the clinic in providing phone triage support, helping with prior authorizations, as well as assist with nurse visits. Our Family Medicine staff can see everyone in the family, in every generation, from birth, for life. And when anyone in the family needs specialty care, our family medicine provider connects our patients with the UI Health Care specialist needed. UIHC specialists will consult the same medical record used by our family medicine provider so our patient's specialty care is streamlined.
