**Job Overview** **Medical Assistant — Physician\-Led Cosmetic Practice (Central Park South)** Gambhir M.D. is a new physician\-led, nonsurgical facial cosmetic practice at 200 Central Park South. Our two physicians have practiced cosmetic medicine for over 20 years. We are small, calm and detail\-oriented, and we are hiring our first professional family member in NYC. Our goal is to retain and grow our staff over the years. **Preferred but not Mandatory:** * Prior experience in Non Surgical Aesthetic Medicine * Phlebotomy Skills * Experience with Zenoti EMR * Warm, discreet, and personal with superb attention to detail **What you’ll do** * Greet patients, room them, and keep the day running on time * Take standardized clinical photographs * Scribe during consultations and enter history, medications and allergies into the chart * Perform venipuncture (blood draws) * Set up and turn over treatment rooms, stock supplies, track inventory * Answer phones and messages, schedule, and collect payment * Give patients their prepared pre\- and post\-care instructions * Assist in the care of our non surgical cosmetic pateints **What we’re looking for** * Medical assistant training or certific...
