Schedule: Mon – Sat Flex Overview: Responsible for assisting with the direction and administration of Branch operations. Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed. Oversees the provision of a full range of services to members and prospective members. Ensures that members are promptly and professionally served. Acts on behalf of Branch Manager when necessary. Trains, directs and supervises Branch staff and performs various Branch functions as required. Responsibilities: **Service \- Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective professional business relations:*** Ensures Credit Union service standard baselines and expectations are met. * Ensures that members' requests and questions are promptly resolved. Handles Members' complaints. * Ensures that members are informed of Credit Union services and policies.
