### **Position Summary** Quality Healthcare Group Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide skilled, evidence\-based therapy services to adults with medical, neurological, and/or intellectual/developmental needs in home and residential settings. The PT will evaluate functional mobility, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to maximize independence, safety, and quality of life.
