**Overview** This role is responsible for the precise, timely processing and recording of all incoming payments for workers’ compensation insurance premiums and related receivables. ***Essential Functions*** Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. · Process and post daily policyholder cash receipts, including ACH transactions, checks, and wire transfers in ERP system. · Match premium payments, audit adjustments, and deductible reimbursements to the correct policy accounts and invoices. · Resolve payment discrepancies, short\-payments, overpayments, and unapplied cash through direct research and collaboration with policyholders. · Prepare file for daily upload into policy system. · Process premium refunds, overpayments returns and return\-check (NSF) transactions. **Competencies** * Ethical Conduct. * Thoroughness. * Customer/Client Focus. * Communication Proficiency. **Work Environment** Team environment.
