We are looking for a Customer Relations Specialist/Abstractor for a fast\-paced abstracting and real estate closing company. You will be responsible for greeting clients, answering/operating multi\-line phone system, invoicing \& billing, taking abstract/settlement orders, research real estate records and assisting with other office duties. To be successful in this role, you will need to be professional, organized, reliable, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Hours are typically Mon\-Fri from 8AM to 5PM.
