*What Your Day Will Look Like:* : Phoenix or Tucson, AZ \| Hybrid **Launch Your Transportation Career with Consor** Consor is seeking a Roadway / Drainage Engineer\-in\-Training (EIT) to support the design and delivery of transportation infrastructure projects throughout Arizona. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced transportation professionals on roadway, highway, drainage, and multimodal projects for ADOT, counties, and municipalities. We're looking for a motivated engineer who is eager to learn, develop technical skills, and gain experience across both roadway and drainage disciplines. Whether your long\-term interests ultimately lead you toward roadway design, drainage engineering, or a combination of both, you'll have the opportunity to build a strong foundation while contributing to projects that make a lasting impact on Arizona communities. **Projected Compensation:** $75,000 \- $105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
