The Opportunity You will be responsible for leading Adobe's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives and driving continuous improvement of our EHS management system to foster a safety culture across the Americas Region. This includes maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. This role will work closely with the Regional Director and Site Security Managers and will directly report to the Global EHS Senior Manager. It will also require regular travel within the region. What you'll Do Serve as the primary Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) contact for the Americas region and regulatory agencies. Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS programs to drive standardization and consistency. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure EHS compliance with regional EHS regulations while maintaining up\-to\-date records and reports on EHS performance metrics across the region.
