**Who We're Looking For** A proven construction seller who has personally brought in commercial concrete or steel projects of real size and magnitude, and wants to build a pipeline from the ground up. You know how to connect with the GCs, developers, owners and bid boards in the region, can read a set of plans and a scope sheet, and are comfortable pricing against conventional foundation and metal building contractors. Residential construction backgrounds are welcome, but commercial, industrial and institutional experience is the priority. **Key Responsibilities** *Pipeline \& Business Development* * Own the full sales cycle for concrete foundation/wall, metal building and outdoor infrastructure projects: prospecting, bidding, negotiation and close * Build and work a target list of general contractors, developers, owners, municipalities, state DOTs, parks departments, school districts and industrial clients * Track and pursue public and private bid opportunities (bid boards, plan rooms, invitations to bid) * Leverage Vitruvian's existing DOE, DOD, union and workforce partnerships into project opportunities *Estimating \& Proposals* * Work with operations to scope, price and schedul...
