Peace of Mind Medicine cares for children and adults with chronic and complex medical needs. Many of our patients and families have spent a long time looking for someone who will listen, take their concerns seriously, and help them find a way forward. We’re looking for a dependable, organized person who enjoys both patient care and the work that keeps a medical practice running well. You’ll be a welcoming point of contact for patients and families, work closely with the physician, and move between front desk and clinical support throughout the day. **What you’ll do** · Welcome patients, answer calls, schedule visits, and help families navigate their next steps. · Manage patient messages and electronic medical record tasks, including documenting requests and tracking follow\-up. · Receive symptom concerns and prescription refill requests, gather the needed information, and route them promptly to the physician or nurse according to clinic procedures. · Room patients, take vital signs, prepare exam rooms, and assist the physician with visits within your training and role. · Help coordinate records, referrals, and other details that support continuity of care.
