**Community Manager – Luxury Highrise Mixed\-Use Development** Atlanta, GA \| 100% On\-Site **Goldenrod Companies** Goldenrod Companies is looking for an experienced **Community Manager** to help launch and lead the community experience for a premier mixed\-use development in the heart of Atlanta. This is **not your traditional Property Manager role.** You’ll be the on\-site face of a high\-profile development featuring **luxury residential, retail, hospitality, and community spaces**—helping take the property from pre\-opening and lease\-up through stabilization and long\-term operations. **What You’ll Do** * Help prepare the development for opening, occupancy, and lease\-up * Create an exceptional, hospitality\-driven resident and tenant experience * Build relationships with residents, retailers, local businesses, and community partners * Lead community events, activations, and resident engagement initiatives * Partner with leasing, facilities, vendors, and ownership * Support move\-ins, onboarding, and property launch activities * Eventually build and lead the on\-site community experience team **What We’re Looking For** * Experience managing **luxury high\-rise, Class A multifa...
