The Physical Therapist is a qualified professional who directs, supervises, evaluates, and provides direct care to patients and provides physical therapy services to patients in the home according to State and Federal regulations under the direction of the attending physician. Participation in case management conferences and documentation thereof. * 3\. Instruction of patient, caregivers, Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs), and other agency clinical staff in the patient's treatment plan, including follow\-up supervision. * 4\.
