Description

**Responsibilities:** * Managing all installations from start to finish * Scheduling all installations throughout each phase of a project until completion * Going on site for all job starts, prewire completions and top\-off completions, as well as being on site for any issues arising * Managing all change orders and issues that arise on an installation * Utilize, organize, maintain and monitor all installation data systems and tools to keep information accurate, up\-to\-date and useful to all departments. * Promptly answer incoming calls, texts and emails from clients and identify, address and resolve their concerns. * Provide basic security system technical support to clients to address their issues over the phone, via text or email. * Yield positive feedback from both clients and general contractors, both during and at the completion of installations * Providing on\-call after hours service Mon\-Thurs (with the assistance of our calling center) * Managing and contributing to the rotating Weekend on\-call service setup (with the assistance of our calling center) * Promptly communicate any issues to upper management and/or other departments in order to address client’s issues. * Wo...
