Your job is more than a job The Manager of Clinical Pharmacy conducts, organizes and supervises the pharmacy department's clinical duties and programs, as well as designs, implements and evaluates specific programs. Responsible for the overall planning and coordination of the Pharmacy Clinical Operations to include the training and supervision of all personnel involved in clinical pharmacy activities. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new clinical programs and protocols, and systems/ performance measures including attending committee meetings. **GENERAL DUTIES** Clinical Program Oversight: * Manages the clinical pharmacy program including developing, monitoring, evaluating and coordinating clinical pharmacy services that promote desirable patient outcomes. * Plans and develops new clinical services in area of responsibility with consideration to age specific needs of the patients treated.
